[摘要] This Act lays down the purposes of the National Civil Protection Service: to monitor the integrity of life, property and the environment, protecting them against the threat of damage by natural causes, disasters or other damaging events. The Act draws a distinction between damaging events, depending upon whether action is required on the part of any one or more administrative bodies to remedy them.
