Nuclear Power Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance enforces article 26 of the Act of 10 December 2008 on the procurement of and trade in nuclear goods, radioactive waste, dual use goods and specific military goods (Nuclear Power - Goods Control Act). In particular, the Ordinance regulates: a) the procurement of and trade in nuclear goods outside the Liechtenstein-Swiss customary territory; b) the placement of and trade in radioactive waste abroad.
