[摘要] This Resolution, consisting of 8 articles, regulates the procedures of supplementary State Environmental Licensing related to the exceptional use of controlled fire for agro- pastoral remains as a method of phytosanitary management and control. The supplementary State competence to exercise the environmental licensing of this Resolution is established when the county location of the activity does not have specific administrative organ and Municipal Environment Council.
