Ministerial Decree No. 97 validating the Statute of state enterprise “Fuel and energy complex “Manas””.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that state enterprise “Fuel and energy complex “Manas” shall be state economic entity based upon self-sufficiency and self-financing performing the following tasks: (a) supply of oil products and petrochemicals to Kyrgyzstan; (b) import, processing, refinement and trade of oil products and oil derivates; and (c) conclusion of contracts for transactions related to oil products, oil derivates and petrochemicals.
