[摘要] This Federal Law gives definition of navigation in the inland waterways, piloting of vessels, icebreaking, use of vessels for hydrotechnical work and other activities related to inland water transport. It also classifies inland waterways as surface waterbodies fir for navigation within their natural, artificial or conventional boundaries”.
