Regulation on hydrographic survey of sea and inland waters.

[摘要] This Regulation aims at protection of marine environment and the coastal region. This Regulation sets forth provisions on authority, duties and responsibilities of relevant institutions and real and legal persons engaged in conduction of hydrographic survey of sea and inland waters, as well as procedures and principles of hydrographic survey. This Regulation shall not apply to hydrographic surveys conducted for flood prevention and improvement of irrigation, marsh area and stream.
