Law No. 313 amending Law No. 1540-XIII on environmental fees.

[摘要] This Law stimulates the construction and operation of systems for trapping and neutralizing pollutants, collecting, processing and destroying waste, introducing environmentally friendly technologies, implementing other measures aimed at reducing the amount of emissions, discharging pollutants into the environment, reducing waste generation, and packaging waste. It also classifies packaging materials as primary and secondary and applies polluter pays principle to consumer commodities.
