Act amending the Renewable Energies Sources Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Renewable Energies Sources Act (BGBl. I p. 1218). In particular, the Act adds a paragraph 7 to article 25 dealing with appeal cases; paragraph 4 is added to article 104 concerning financial promotion on behalf of network operators. The text consists of 2 articles.
