Federal Law No. 42-FZ regarding amendments to the Federal Law No. 28-FZ on energy saving.

[摘要] The following amendments must be introduced into the Article 14 of the Federal Law No. 28-FZ: in the second and in the third parts the wording “regional energetic commission” must be substituted with the wording “regional executive body of a subject of the Russian Federation”, in the sixth part the wording “regional energetic commission” must be substituted with the wording “executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian federation”.
