[摘要] Regulations promulgated by the Republic of Palau Environmental Quality Board (“the Board”). The purpose of these Regulations is to protect the quality of freshwater (surface and groundwater) and marine water resources of the Republic of Palau and, in this context, identify the uses for the various waters of Palau to be maintained and protected, and prescribe water quality standards for those waters (reg. 2).
