Act on the transposing of the Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC.

[摘要] The present Act amends the following Acts and Ordinances as far as the enforcement of the above-mentioned Directive is concerned: Federal Immission Protection Act in its version of 17 May 2013; the Environmental Impact Assessment Act in its version of 24 February 2010; Legal Remedy Environment Act in its version of 8 April 2013; Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980. The text consists of 6 articles.
