[摘要] The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Assessment Act. At the outset the Regulation contains a definition clause relating to terms therein employed, such as, for example ,”dam reconstruction”, “development corporation”, “exclusive right-of-way”, “fish and wildlife habitat management”, “generation facility”, “renewable energy generation facility”, “renewable energy testing project”.
