[摘要] The President, with a view of implementing unified state policy in the sphere of management of renewable energy sources, decrees that construction of new, modernisation and upgrading of existing renewable energy sources and equipment, shall be performed within established quotas, the modalities of establishment and distribution of which shall be determined by the Council of Ministers.
