[摘要] This Resolution, consisting of 9 articles, creates the National Committee on Energy (CNER). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, an advisory body, entitled to giving advise to the Government about the design, implementation, coordination and evaluation of national policy on energy sector.
