[摘要] The purpose of the present regulation is to lay down provisions relating to the organization of the safety system, as well as to the intervention in case of chemical incidents. Chemical incidents are considered those threatening human life or amounting to a hazard for the environment. The Department of the Territory is entrusted with the enforcement of this Regulation.
