Regional law No. 491-79 “On state environmental audit”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that competence of the Regional Legislative Assembly shall be adoption of regional legislative acts related to environmental audit/ The competence of the Regional Government shall be as follows: (a) appointment of the authorized state regional institution in the sphere of environmental audit; (b) organization and performance of environmental audit; (c) environmental law enforcement; and (d) obtaining information related to the objects of environmental audit.
