Governmental Decree No. 1156 validating the Regulation “On management of solid domestic waste”.

[摘要] This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of collection, transportation, treatment, recycling and disposal solid domestic waste, and determines the grounds for revocation of status of regional waste management operators from legal persons. Management and treatment of solid domestic waste shall be regulated by contracts. Consumers shall store solid domestic waste in special solid waste collection points.
