[摘要] Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Managing bodies of the unified state system of prevention and mitigation of the consequences of emergencies and disasters shall be considered bodies set up for coordination of the activity between the federal executive bodies, regional executive bodies and local government in the sphere of protection of the population and the territory against emergencies and disasters, involved in the prevention and mitigation of the consequences thereof
