Renewables Obligation Closure (Amendment) Order 2015 (S.I. No. 920 of 2015).

[摘要] This Order amends the Renewables Obligation Closure Order 2014 by, among other things; inserting a definition of “large solar pv station”; inserting a new article 2A, which prevents renewables obligation certificates (“ROCs”) from being issued for electricity generated by large solar pv stations after the solar pv closure date; providing for accreditation requirements for such stations.
