[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of transactions and turnover of petroleum products (oil and oil derivatives) on the national territory. Enterprise and company shall inform the competent authority of the amount of petroleum products present at storage facilities. Natural persons shall be authorized to store petroleum products exclusively for their own personal needs. Legal persons performing wholesale trade of petroleum products must make sure that they comply with the established standard
