Law on precautionary measures in view of a disruption in the economic supply in case of disasters and acts of war (Emergency Law).

[摘要] The present Law implements the Federal Act on economic supply, disaster and acts of war. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to emergency situations, such as disasters and acts of war. In this connexion, article 4 establishes that in case of supply disruptions or serious shortage, disasters or acts of war the Executive Council adopts precautionary instructions and takes all necessary steps, in particular as far as the organization is concerned. The text consists of 13 articles.
