Petroleum (Offshore) Regulation 2006.

[摘要] The object of this Regulation, consisting of 6 sections and completed by two Schedules, is to remake, with no changes in substance, the provisions of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Regulation 2001. It prescribes the form of a transfer of title, and sets the amounts of fees, for the purposes of the Petroleum (Offshore) Act 1982.
