Law implementing the Federal Act on exploitation of hydropower.

[摘要] The present Law implements the Federal Act on exploitation of hydropower of 22 December 1916. Article 1 establishes that only the Canton is entitled to exploit hydropower. The decision concerning the use of such waters and the licensing of rights of use to third parties is reserved to the Great Council. The text consists of 5 articles.
