Operational Norm NOP-INEA No. 24 regulating environmental licensing of transport on road for dangerous products within Rio de Janeiro State.

[摘要] This Operational Norm, consisting of six sections, reguates environmental licensing of transport on road for dangerous products within Rio de Janeiro State. It specifies criteria for the above mentioned environmental licensing for dangerous (other than those of Classes 1 and 7 of resolution 420 ANTT) circulating only within the State of Rio de Janeiro and establishes appropriate procedures for preventing environmental pollution, in accordance with Complementary Law No. 140 of 8 December 2011.
