[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of determination of the nearest connection point to electric and thermal networks and connection of the objects for the use of renewable energy. Determination of the nearest connection point of the object for the use of renewable energy to electric networks shall comply with the project capacity transmission conditions with the conservation of economically substantiated electric current density.
