Agreement between the Federal Hydrometeorological and Environmental Monitoring Service and the Administration of St.Petersburg on cooperation in the sphere of meteorology and environmental pollution monitoring.

[摘要] The Parties have agreed that the Federal Hydrometeorological and Environmental Monitoring Service shall carry out on the territory of St.Petersburg environmental pollution monitoring, including radioactive pollution, for the purpose of data collection with a view to carry out a series of arrangements for the assessment and rational management of natural resources, prevention of natural disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof.
