Upper Austria Environment Liability Law.

[摘要] With a view to preventing and remedying environmental damage, the present Law lays down provisions relating to environmental liability based on the “polluter pays” principle. The Law applies do damage inflicted on protected species and natural living space and on soil. The text consists of 15 articles and 4 Annexes.
