Law No. 3754-Iic “On promotion of free tourism areas”.

[摘要] The scope of this Law shall be to promote tourism and entrepreneurial activity by setting forth conditions for construction and functioning of hotels in free tourism areas. Free tourism areas shall be considered areas with preferential terms and taxation. The Government shall ensure land-use planning and planting of recreational forests.
