[摘要] This Order specifies persons and bodies for purposes of section 27(4) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, which provides that the Scottish Ministers must, in relation to each application for a marine licence under Part 4 of that Act, consult such persons or bodies as may be specified by Order.
