[摘要] This Act, consisting of 19 sections divided into three Parts and completed by two Schedules, provides for the establishment and operation of a body corporate with the corporate name of the Natural Resources Access Regulator. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the Board of the Regulator. The Regulator is a NSW Government agency.
