[摘要] Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The modalities of constitution and management of financial and material resources for mitigation of the consequences of emergencies and disasters (reserve fund), and also replenishment of the aforesaid reserves shall be established by normative legislative acts adopted by the Regional Government”.
