Regional Law No. 32-RZ amending Regional Law No. 40-RZ “On energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency”.

[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Energy regulatory authority shall set forth the following specific requirements for regulated activities: (a) generation, transportation and trade of thermal energy; (b) hydropower generation; (c) transportation and distribution of electric energy; (d) trade of electric energy; (e) cold water supply, effluent waste water discharge and treatment; and (f) transportation and trade of natural gas”.
