Notification (Product Safety and Inspection: 2015/27) amending the Notification on the import controls of wastes under control for the protection of environment. (Product safety and Inspection: 2015/3)

[摘要] This Notification amends the Notification on the import controls of wastes under control for the protection of environment by making minor changes in Article 7 regarding the export of products covered by Annex 1 and by making minor changes in Article 8 regarding out of coverage report. The Notification further makes minor changes in Article 11 regarding letter of conformity and adds an Additional Clause 7 to the Original Notification.
