Regulation on the terms and procedure for exemption of small quantities of nuclear material from the application of the Vienna convention on civil liability for nuclear damage.

[摘要] This Regulation, as defined by the Vienna convention on civil liability for nuclear damage, the operator of a nuclear facility is responsible for nuclear damage caused by a nuclear accident and is obliged to maintain an insurance or other financial guarantee, covering his liability.
