[摘要] These Regulations establish the Kenya Energy-Sector Environment and Social Responsibility Programme Fund, which shall finance activities, among other things, relating to: (a) the production of fuel wood and crops for production of bio-fuels; and (b) the growing of trees in order to conserve soil and preserve catchment areas for the benefit of hydro-power dams.
