Act (SFS 2011:587) amending Act (2010:921) relative to Land and Environment Tribunals.

[摘要] The amendment consists in Chapter 2 and article 4 of Act 921. In particular, it applies to when a case or matter determined without a hearing or meeting. One or two additional members of the Court shall be included to the extent of having them filling the role of judge and technical adviser (or special member) in case there is insufficient representation of technical advice.
