[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Law of 19 June 2007 on civil protection. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. Article 1 establishes that the Justice and Security Office is the competent authority in the Canton Luzern responsible for civil protection unless otherwise specified.
