Seabed Minerals Act 2014 (No. 10 of 2014)

[摘要] This Act regulates exploration and explotation of mineral resources on or in the seabed of waters under the jurisdiction of Tonga and related matters. This Act does not apply to the exploration for or recovery of petroleum.
