Ministerial Order No. 198/2005 on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

[摘要] This Ministerial Order, composed of three articles, further regulates Decree No. 45/2004 of 29 September 2004 on Environmental Impact Assessment. In particular, it requires that all projects subject to environmental licensing shall be submitted to the local authorities of the implementation area. Projects falling under “A” Category require also the authorization of the National Direction for Environmental Impact Assessment.
