[摘要] The purpose of this Methodical Instruction shall be to legalize records on offences related to violation of regime of protected areas in order to ensure timely punishment of the culprits. In case of the absence of criminal charges the offences shall be subject to prosecution in conformity with Code of Administrative Offences.
