Law No. 50/2006 approving the framework of environmental crimes.

[摘要] This Law is composed of 71 articles structured in four main parts. It provides a legal framework applicable to environmental crimes. In particular, it defines he responsibilities, sanctions and penalties, crimes prescriptions, trial procedures. Moreover, it institutes a national cadastre on environmental crimes and a special Fund for Environmental Interventions. Finally, it regulates the general competences of the General Inspector for Environment.
