Energy (Rural Electrification Programme Fund) Order, 2008 (L.N. No. 92 of 2008).

[摘要] These Regulations establish a Rural Electrification Programme Fund which shall be used for financing the provision of electricity to rural areas and other areas considered economically unviable for electrification by licensed distributors. The distributors shall collect nationwide a levy for purposes of the Fund, which shall be managed by the Board of the Rural Electrification Authority established under the Energy Act.
