Decree No. 97 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on protection against radiation in the process of medical treatment.

[摘要] This Decree lays down basic principles of the protection of human health against ionizing radiation in the process of medical treatment. Medical staff must ensure risk evaluation and the necessity of medical treatment involving ionizing radiation and ensure optimization of radiation in the course of medical treatment. Medical treatment involving ionizing radiation without substantiation shall be prohibited.
