Regional Act No. 5 on the prevention of hazards and risks caused by asbestos and making provision on disposal and reclamation.

[摘要] This Regional Act aims at the protection of human health and the environment against hazards caused by asbestos. It sets out the legislative framework applicable to reclamation and disposal of asbestos. Article 3 establishes the Regional Commission on Asbestos, whereas article 5 concerns the Regional Conference on Asbestos. Further provisions regard the registration of areas exposed to asbestos (art. 19) and penalties (art. 22).
