Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy.

[摘要] This Law provides for the establishment of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy. The Ministry shall administer and regulate the industry, mines and energy sectors of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The organization and functioning of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy shall be governed by anukret. Any provisions that contradict this Law shall be considered as null and void.
