[摘要] State Environmental Fund of the Slovak Republic has been established with the purpose to gather financial resources and use them for the support of the environment. The administration of the Fund is carried out by the Slovak Commission for the Environment. The Fund is another state organization it may acquire rights and obligations on its own behalf.
