[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of elaboration, coordination, validation, registration and enactment of ecological rules and regulations related to environmental protection and nature management, environmental rate setting, and calculation of allowable environmental impact. Ecological rules and regulations shall be drafted by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and organizations authorized thereby. It contains model templates of ecological rules and regulations.
