[摘要] This Act establishes the Environmental Protection Agency, defines powers and duties of the Agency, provides for its internal organization, declares the policy Government of Pohnpei in respect of environmental protection and sustainable development, defines responsibilities of the State regarding the protection of the environment and plant and animal life, provides for judicial review of decisions of the Agency, defines offences and prescribes penalties for such offences.
