[摘要] These Rules apply to any inquiry under section 75 of the Merchant Shipping Act 2002, and to any re-hearing of such an inquiry under section 76 of the Act which is not held by the Supreme Court. They specify procedures for the serving of a notice of inquiry by the Minister, the appointment of the court of inquiry and the inquiry itself.
