Regional Legislative Decree No. 15/2010/M, banning Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) from Madeira Region.

[摘要] This Regional Legislative Decree is composed of three Chapters divided into seven articles. It stipulates that Madeira Region shall be free from GMOs. It thus forbids the introduction or trade of GMOs and defines sanctions for non-compliance with the provisions set therein.
